This Privacy Policy describes how Remeteo DWC-LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the mobile application "AI Voice Keyboard - Whisper" (the “App”).
The App may collect and process the following categories of information: Voice input submitted for transcription; Transcribed text generated from voice input; Limited contextual text surrounding active voice input for formatting and language understanding purposes; Technical device information such as device model, operating system version, crash logs, and diagnostics; Subscription and purchase status information provided by Apple; Usage analytics related to App performance and feature usage.
The App may require “Full Access” permission within iOS in order to enable cloud-based voice transcription and AI-powered functionality. When enabled, voice input may be securely transmitted to external processing infrastructure solely for the purpose of providing transcription and AI features. The App does not intentionally collect passwords, payment card information, or other highly sensitive input fields.
We use collected information to: Provide voice-to-text and AI transcription functionality; Improve transcription accuracy and App performance; Detect abuse, fraud, or unauthorized usage; Provide customer support; Comply with legal obligations.
Voice recordings and transcription requests may be processed in real time through secure cloud-based AI and speech-recognition infrastructure in order to deliver App functionality. Data may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested functionality, maintain user-requested history features, comply with legal obligations, or support security and abuse prevention measures.
User voice input, transcriptions, and keyboard content are not used to train proprietary or third-party AI models, except where users explicitly opt in to feedback, diagnostics, or service improvement programs.
The App does not intentionally store keyboard input or keystrokes beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide transcription and keyboard functionality requested by the user.
AI-generated transcriptions and outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical purposes.
We use the following third-party service providers to operate and deliver App functionality. Each provider processes data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, and only to the extent necessary to perform the services described below.
Supabase (Supabase Inc.) — User authentication and database services. Stores user profiles and usage logs. Privacy policy: https://supabase.com/privacy
Cloudflare R2 (Cloudflare, Inc.) — Temporary object storage for audio recordings uploaded for transcription. Recordings are deleted upon completion of transcription or shortly thereafter. Privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
