These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application "AI Voice Keyboard - Whisper" (the “App”), operated by Remeteo DWC-LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides AI-powered voice-to-text keyboard functionality that allows users to dictate speech and convert spoken words into text across supported applications and services on their device.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you satisfy these requirements.
You agree not to: Use the App for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities; Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or related infrastructure; Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the App except as permitted by applicable law; Use the App to infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights; Use the App in violation of applicable recording, surveillance, consent, or privacy laws.
The App uses automated speech recognition and AI technologies. Transcription accuracy may vary depending on audio quality, language, accents, device performance, and other factors. AI-generated transcriptions may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical purposes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that voice input and related technical data may be processed to provide transcription and AI-related functionality.
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and available plans are displayed through Apple App Store. Payments are processed by Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, trademarks, branding, interfaces, and related content, remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
The App may rely on third-party AI, analytics, cloud infrastructure, speech-processing providers, and related service providers. The Company is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if continued operation of the App becomes impractical or unlawful.
